Decree No. 2021-461 of April 16, 2021, relating to the prevention of industrial plastic pellet loss into the environment, requires us to implement appropriate equipment and procedures to prevent such losses.
Regular inspections are carried out by certified independent bodies. Our second audit, conducted last September by ProCert, confirmed our compliance with the applicable regulations, with the exception of one non-conformity for which corrective actions have already been initiated.
These results further strengthen our commitment and reinforce the actions we have been undertaking for several years in support of environmental protection.
