In accordance with the terms of Articles 6-III and 19 of the French Law n˚2004-575 of the 21st June 2004 for Confidence in the digital economy, also known as L.C.E.N, users and visitors of the AEP Group website are advised of the present legal terms and conditions.

The AEP Group website is held exempt from declaration by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) in the measure that the Site does not collect any of the Users information.
ARTICLE 4 – APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION
The present Terms and Conditions are governed by French Law. In the case of dispute without amicable accord, the case will be brought before the Tribunal of Le Puy-en-Velay conforming to the court’s jurisdiction.
