Our history
Created more than 25 years ago, AEP GROUP is a French family business specialising in the manufacture of polyethylene films. Here is its history:
Founding of Auvergne Emballages Plastiques by Messrs Hubert QUINCELET and Christian GUERIN (site A)
Opening of the commercial site and storage depot (site C)
Acquisition of Dragon Moulier, a family business with no successor, preserving all 48 jobs
Acquisition of Step Cornillon, a company in receivership, preserving 15 jobs => formation of ADS Emballages (site B)
Relocation of Dragon Moulier to site B / Consolidation of the 3 companies under the name AEP GROUP
Launch of a printing factory floor and construction of an intermediate plant
Departure of Christian GUERIN, co-founder
Implementation of a global ERP for all company processes
Opening of a new printing factory floor, creation of an R&D department and an internal training school : AEP School (site D)
