Over the past few months, we have participated in a collective project with 4 other companies of the plastics industry (Addiplast, IPS, Ribeyron and Velfor). The objective was to promote women who have chosen our industry and also to enhance attractivity and gender diversity in our companies.
Thanks to the participation of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, OPCO 2i, DDTESPP and Polyvia, this video emerged.
We would like to thank all the people who took part in this great project and especially Séverine SOLVIGNON who represented our company.
So, say stop prejudices : our jobs are not just for men. Companies in the plastics industry are also recruiting WOMEN !
